Our competitive advantage lies in our fully carbon neutral end to end supply chain, combined with the strategic final use of our green fuels. We develop renewable energy projects that generate green fuel supply sources in various resource-rich countries as the initial step in the supply chain. We also control the demand and use of that green fuel across various countries.
THE PROCESS PRODUCTION
We directly develop, and partner with leading regional companies, large scale green fuel production facilities worldwide, leveraging our extensive presence and network across multiple regions.
STORAGE STOCK
H2 and its various, including ammonia, are industrial gases. We collaborate with leading technology and logistics companies worldwide in the management, transport and storage of our clean fuels.
ENERGY USE & FACILITY
There is significant potential demand from the steel, technology, traditional thermal coal and natural gas plants, fertilizer, and feedstock industries. We serve these segments via off-take arrangements which allows us to to aggregate substantial demand.

24x7 Carbon-Free Energy (CFE) solutions offer significant potential for bridging the supply-demand gap in renewable energy while ensuring complete transparency. These solutions synchronize electricity consumption with carbon-free energy generation on an hourly basis, leveraging both active and stored green energy resources within local and regional grids. By precisely tracking energy procurement based on time and location, we maximize the impact of carbon abatement on the local environment. With complete independence from fossil fuels, 24x7 CFE represents the ultimate pathway toward achieving a truly Net-Zero world. At HOKU, we are actively addressing the critical challenges to provide reliable carbon-free energy to our esteemed clients and partners.
The Hydrogen Solution
Hydrogen and its diverse carriers have emerged as the unequivocal solution for achieving comprehensive decarbonization. Dispatchable & Reliable Green Energy Supply
The current grid was designed for fossil fuel-based power, allowing for dispatchable adjustments to match demand. However, it was designed for electricity transmission from a few large power plants, making it inadequate for the dispersed and intermittent nature of renewable energy. The International Energy Agency (IEA) has identified the grid as a weak link in deploying renewable projects. Implementing dispatchable and grid-forming renewable power generation adds capacity and reliability for grid operators. At HOKU, we recognize the importance of flexible green power generation, ensuring maximum utilization of renewables.
