Hoku Energy Signs MOU with Odisha State, India

LONDON, UK February 1, 2025 – Hoku Energy Limited and its group companies (collectively referred to as “Hoku Energy”) are pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Government of Odisha, India. This collaboration underscores Hoku Energy’s ongoing commitment to expanding its upstream presence in India and fostering strategic relationships with trusted partners in the region.

Hoku Energy Group undertakes projects and activities across the green hydrogen and ammonia value chains throughout Asia. Its mission is to develop “clean” infrastructure projects which deliver 24/7 carbon-free energy solutions to leading corporate players and countries with commitments to achieving carbon neutrality by 2030 and beyond.

This partnership with Odisha State marks an important milestone as Hoku Energy enters its second year of advancing the energy transition, working collaboratively with stakeholders to foster sustainable growth and drive innovation.
